YouHEALTH

was an Erasmus+ KA220-YOU project that strengthened the capacity of youth organisations, educators and youth workers to support young people’s mental health in times of crisis.

Across Türkiye, Slovenia, Germany and Austria, the project developed research-based insights, a comprehensive training curriculum, digital learning tools and a practical Youth Mental Health Support Toolkit.

The project aimed to ensure that young people are better prepared, better supported and more resilient when facing challenging events.

A Europe-Wide Collaboration

YouHEALTH was built on a strong partnership between organisations from Türkiye, Slovenia, Germany and Austria, bringing together local public services, grassroots NGOs and academic expertise.
Together, the partners combined their experience in youth work, social inclusion, migration, mental health and digital learning to design tools that are both scientifically sound and practically useful for the youth sector.

Working across different national contexts allowed the consortium to compare realities, test solutions with diverse groups of young people and create results that can be transferred and adapted across Europe.
