Project Partners

The YouHEALTH project was implemented by a strategic partnership of five organisations from Türkiye, Slovenia, Germany and Austria. Each partner brought complementary expertise in youth work, education, mental health, social inclusion and digital learning, and took responsibility for a specific work package within the project.

Tepebaşı Sosyal Yardımlaşma ve Dayanışma Vakfı, Türkiye (Coordinator)

Tepebaşı Social Assistance and Solidarity Foundation was the coordinator of YouHEALTH. As a local public body working with more than 17,000 low-income households and refugees in Eskişehir, it provided strong experience in supporting disadvantaged young people and families. The foundation coordinated the overall project management, ensured communication with the Turkish National Agency, organised the kick-off and closing meetings and led the dissemination activities at local level.

University of Innsbruck, Austria

The University of Innsbruck, Institute of Education, contributed its strong research background in migration, youth, inclusion and critical pedagogy. It acted as leader of Work Package 5 – Youth Mental Health Support Toolkit. The team coordinated the drafting of the framework for the toolkit, synthesised partners’ contributions into the final English version and led the preparation of national language versions aimed at youth centres, VET providers and training institutions.

ZiB-Zentrum für interkulturelle Bildung und Arbeit e.V., Germany

ZiB is a German NGO based in Ahrensburg specialising in intercultural education, migration, vocational guidance and digital learning. In YouHEALTH, ZiB was leader of Work Package 4 – YouHEALTH Training Platform, Digital Learning Tools and Piloting. The organisation designed and set up the e-learning platform, supported the adaptation of the modules to an online environment, provided technical guidance to all partners and coordinated the pilot use of the platform with youth workers and educators.

Društvo MOZAIK – Društvo otrok, Slovenia

The Slovenian Društvo MOZAIK – Društvo otrok is a NGO working with Roma, asylum seekers, refugees and other underprivileged families in Ljubljana and surrounding areas. In the project it was leader of Work Package 3 – YouHEALTH Training Curriculum and Content. The association coordinated the development of the methodological framework, co-created training modules with the partners and ensured that the curriculum responded to the real needs of youth workers and young people in vulnerable situations.

Mozaik İnsan Kaynakları Geliştirme Derneği, Türkiye

Mozaik is a youth NGO from Samsun focusing on the social, educational and labour-market inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities, migrants and refugees. Within YouHEALTH it acted as leader of Work Package 2 – “An Ecosystem Mapping Framework for Mental Health”. Mozaik carried out the literature review and field research, coordinated the focus groups in all partner countries and compiled the final mapping report that informed the later curriculum and toolkit.
